Spanish incubator RedArbor challenges world’s leading recruitment sites

Noticia publicada en AIM GROUP Classified Intelligence Report

RedArbor, a Spanish incubator founded by investor David González Castro, has already become one of the leading recruitment companies in Latin America. Yet the job specialist sees its future as a global major, competing against the likes of Recruit Holdings and Monster. The strategy is to focus on large emerging markets, drive organic growth, and deliver a simple model that has served the company well thus far.

Castro, a former Anuntis CEO that sold the majority of his holdings (Segundamano.es, Fotocasa.es, Coches.net) to Schibsted to concentrate on promising internet projects, believes RedArbor is not far behind the world’s leading recruitment companies.

“We’re the world’s No. 3 jobs classified company by pageviews”, the current CEO at RedArbor and Brazilian job vertical InfoJobs Brazil told the AIM Group. The company also claims to have reached the No. 4 position in recruitment globally in terms of total web traffic, beating out majors like CareerBuilder, Schibsted, Axel Springer, and regional rival Navent.
